The Prosecution Office of the Republic in Trieste, as requested by Roberto Giurastante himself, certifies that the computerized register of indictment records the following inscriptions.
60 CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS IN 15 YEARS
Last week I was at the Court of Trieste to pick up the certification of all criminal proceedings I was involved with. This certification allows anyone to have a list of their criminal proceedings. All citizens should check it up once in a while, to avoid unpleasant surprises. For instance, Italian laws allow the issuing of executive rulings for people that have not been informed that they are committed for trial. The barbaric laws of an antidemocratic State go as far as this.
I dived in 15 years of struggles in defense of the environment and of civil rights. In the past 15 years I collected 60 criminal proceedings. 50 as the offended party, 10 as defendant. The proceedings revolve on environmental pollution, high-risk industrial plants (breaches of the Seveso directive), radiological emergencies (breaches of the EURATOM directives), the planned LNG terminals in Northern Adriatic, falsified tenders for public works, the concreting of the coast, and money laundering.
With my investigations have revealed also the criminal system that, unpunished, rules over Trieste. A criminal system strongly influenced by deviant freemasonry and shielded by anachronistic nationalism.
The local system of corruption
This is the same system whose network of institutional collusions made possible turning Trieste in Italy’s State dumping site, devastating its environment and sentencing its people to death, by pollution.
Locally, most of my complaints against pollution were dismissed by the judiciary, often nobody was found guilty, and if someone was, it was acquired. But some of these investigations were brought before the EU authorities. This lead to important results, even is the local media, controlled by the local power, do not talk about it.
Important results
The European Union, upon receiving those complaints, opened infringement proceedings against Italy: thanks to this, the remediation of the system’s disposal sites began, sewage treatment plants were brought up to standard, industries at risk drafted emergency plans, including one covering a radiological emergency in the Krško nuclear power plant (Slovenia).
The price of this stand for legality was heavy: 10 criminal proceedings for alleged crimes of opinion, two still pending. One is about to end, the other is Gas Natural’s attempt to silence my opposition to its project LNG terminals in the port of Trieste.
Among the eight proceedings that were closed, only one ended with a conviction. I had opposed an illegal building in the Municipality of Muggia. The conviction was rather abnormal, but the project was only the tip of an iceberg made of shady economic interests.
The Municipality of Muggia is among the areas with the highest percentage of illegal activities in the whole territory of Trieste. Wide areas of this particular municipality are landfills due to the (mis)administration of the local system of corruption in the present-day Free Territory of Trieste.
Not to mention, the town planning maps of Muggia were falsified since the beginning: polluted areas were classified as agricultural, industrial, residential or tourism areas. Houses, factories, playgrounds, seaside resorts are built on landfills of hydrocarbons, dioxins, heavy metals.
It all happens in the light of the day, with the blessing of institutional Mafias. One trick after another, the system created a a remunerative, speculative activity made of fake and illegal town-planning regulations, resulting in the “expected” money laundering.
Conclusion
This is a malicious (dis)administration, which hides its crimes under a nationalistic shade. Criminal officers lied to the citizens as they doomed the people to cancer for the generation to come.
Locally, my struggle for the environment and the citizens of this Municipality was annihilated by the “system”: the judiciary declared the unlawful town planning maps as “regular”. And I was convicted for offending the reputation of those who authorized them. I was orderer to pay more than EUR 30,000 in compensations: it was an exemplar punishment, because I dare to challenge this system made of deviant, pseudo-masonic mafia.
They did go as far as to commit me for trial for denouncing a dangerous landfill of dioxins and other hazardous waste with a playground on top, and where somebody wanted to build seaside resorts.
No one should dare to oppose the perfect “system” of power that, in the name of Italy, oppresses the Free Territory of Trieste. And the elimination of the few ones who kept fighting (and fight) to save their land was (and is) an absolute duty for the deviated authorities that go as far as breaching the laws of the State they claim they represent.
This is how I collected 60 criminal proceedings in 15 years and became a previous offender: I defended my land from the mafias.
