Free Trieste

THE CLAN

In Trieste there is a consolidated criminal system: it rules the city, unchallenged, since 1954, the year of the unfortunate “second redemption” of a city that, after the tragedies of WWII, hoped to be free again.

The first years of Italian domination (1920-1943) were filled with Italian nationalism and fascism. The city-port of Mitteleuropa suffered a brutal oppression that aimed at ripping its centuries-old, multiethnic roots.

In Trieste, the Special Courts enforced Italian laws harshly and violently, all while nationalistic propaganda claimed Italian “racial superiority”. This criminal system, integrated with anti-Jewish racial laws, took the place of the ordered and tolerant Austrian legal system, which had made Trieste a well-developed State-city and Free Port.

When the 1947 Treaty of Peace ended Italian sovereignty over Trieste, the city had hoped to be finally free from the oppressive Italian rule, but all hopes ended on October 5th, 1954, when the powers of the A.M.G. F.T.T. were transferred to the Italian Government.

In truth, even if the Governments of the U.S. and of the U.K. sub-entrusted the Italian Government with the temporary administration of then “Zone A” of the Free Territory, the local officers of the Italian Government turned this administration into a simulation of Italian sovereignty. The difference is not in name only: since 1954, Trieste is forced to pay the huge Italian taxes.

This time it wasn’t the Kingdom of Italy, but the officers of the new Italian Republic.

Yet, the local nationalistic “camorra” is always the same. Fascist Italy considered Trieste a symbol of the victorious war of the nationalist irredentisti while the Italian Republic considers Trieste a symbol of revanche in spire of the burning defeat in World War II.

Italy has never let Trieste go: even during the good Brithsh-US administration, Italy used all of its means to control, to press, to intimidate the people and to attempt to influence the Allies themselves (LINK).

During the good British-US administration (1947-1954) Trieste became the dump site for Italian nationalist scum, made of former outlaw squads of fascists and soldiers sobered by the “new” services under the control of the late Fascist regime.

A lot of money was invested to destabilize the Free State of Trieste, according to Italian nationalism, it should have never existed. It was powerful local Triestines to gain the most profit: they swore loyalty to the former master in exchange for absolute control over Trieste. Deviant Triestine masonry plus mafia: a pact of iron that would sign the destiny of a land turned from the Fatherland of universal legality to a zone outside any law.

Standing for legality:

Trieste shares the Government with a State that would rather destroy it for the sake of its own ports. No law is strict enough, the interests of the Italian Republic can bend it beyond one’s imagination. Or neglect it.

To an external observer, Trieste may seem like a dying fire, but under the ashes there are still voices calling for the re-establishment of the rule of law. It is not easy standing for legality: the Italian criminal system has found a perfect niche in this forgotten land.

The criminals sent here in the 1950s were not the first or the last: Italy is among the most corrupt States of the decaying European Union after all. Soon, the early neo-fascists were joined by deviant pseudo-freemasons, public officers keen to ignore their duties, the deviant “Gladio 2” secret service, which takes special care of North-Eastern territories.

The role of the judiciary:

This system has strong roots even in the judiciary: this is why the local Regional Administrative Court protects the local system, the nationalistic “camorra“.

No tangentopoli has ever swept corruption out of this city, this is where deals (and judgments) are made by shaking hands and by (un)ambiguous gestures, this is how the “clan” works: all loyal to the “Grand Master”.

And, of course, he is some Italian ultra-nationalist, a the member of the patriciate that, ever since the 1950s, pledged loyalty to the new, post-Fascist Italy.

Many high-level officers, most of them from Southern Italy, remained here for decades, in key roles: this is symptomatic of the colonization, it is the doing of a powerful, deviant freemasonry. Starting from the top of the pyramid of power, which means judiciary.

Rule of law VS state of facts:

In Trieste, the civil and insolvency section of the Court is lead by a Sicilian judge who seems to have grown roots there. His name is Sansone*, but don’t let his name fool you, he has nothing to do with the Bible. Except, maybe, his everlasting mandate. Is it possible that such a delicate and strategic sector stays for 30 years under the control of the same magistrate?

The economic life of this conquered city has passed under the control of this judge who protects those in power. And the results are obvious: the productive system is subject to the rules of the local nationalistic “camorra” which equals to a supervised economic collapse.

Let us stay in the Court of Trieste: the president of the criminal section, himself from Sicily, Palermo-born Gulotta has stood still here for more than 30 years, and what he grows here is Italian legality. He is the one who, vested with his “illegitimate” power (as he claims to exercise Italian jurisdiction in Trieste, despite his role being to exercise Trieste’s jurisdiciton) contested the supporters of “Free Trieste” claiming they had bothered a Justice of the Peace because they protested against this rejection of their instances.

Gulotta had called a “shameful uproar” the civil protest of the citizens of the FTT who claimed respect for the Law: an outright insult to the citizens standing for the rule of law. This is the law of the jungle, and it is rather incompatible with the image of law-abiding Trieste.

The truth is, Trieste is denied its very legal status and, by doing so, the Italian local authorities silence its citizens, disarming them, depriving them of trust in the judiciary.

This is how the clan works.

Nobody ever pays for trampling on Trieste’s law: legal proceedings against local power are dismissed(the legacy of the “Clan”) and the complainants are prosecuted instead.

It is the connection between the judiciary and the the local establishment to grant the prospering of nationalistic Italian Mafias: falsified public contracts, misappropriation of public money, it is only some faces of the crimes committed by the local gang as it raids the city.

Rome remains silent as Trieste disappears from the maps and from global economy.

The stagnation of the judiciary in the Court of Trieste is, therefore, functional to grant immunity to the local system of corruption. Any new officer must be approved by the “Clan”, or else… Magistrates who stay in key roles for too long meet the basic requirement.

Of course there are some exceptions, but without Rome’s support, a few judges who do not belong to this “camorra” cannot change this situation.

In our ideal Free Territory, such nepotism, patronage, such limitation to the healthy magistrates have no room. It may be normal in Italy, but Trieste does not belong to Italy.

Trieste is like this because of the local nationalistic camorra, it is like this because it was betrayed a long time ago, but not all citizens have forgotten the law.

*Judge Sansone was finally transferred in May 2014. Now he is the President od the Court of Gorizia. In turn, at the Court of Trieste came the former president of the Court of Gorizia, Taranto-born Matteo Trotta. He, along with the heads of the judicial district of Trieste, took care of most of the very sad matter of the denial of justice for the massacre of asbestos in Monfalcone shipyards. An exchange of roles, but it does not change the colonial mismanagement of the Court of the Free Territory of Trieste Trieste.
