Italy’s teaching in Trieste
In 1918, they came to teach us their “civilization” made of ongoing human rights violations. And they keep doing so, over and over. This is the lesson that Trieste had to learn through years of oppression brought by the State of Italy. First as a Fascist regime, now as a Republic.
On 9 November 2015 at 1.30 AM, in the Court of Trieste, room 113 (1st floor) begins the new trial against some citizens of Trieste. Their crime? Standing for legality in their own Country. Which is, the Free Territory of Trieste, an independent State established under the 1947 Treaty of Peace with Italy and sub-entrusted, since 1954, to the responsibility of the Italian Government by the Governments of the US and of the UK, on behalf of the UN.
After decades of ferocious, anacronistic, nationalistic propagandas, the local establishment didn’t expect the awakening of the Free Territory of Trieste’s citizens, or that they would reclaim their rights. So that establishment reacted in the only way it knows: repression, disguised as defending their State. Even if Italy recognizes Trieste’s independence.
Those nationalistic propagandas deny the very existence of the temporary civil administration over Trieste and its international Free Port (which can only exist as the Free Territory’s State corporation).
Obviously, those propagandas claim also that Trieste is under full Italian sovereignty. Such propaganda reaches even the Courts of Justice. Here take place the trials against those who declare their Free Territory citizenship and the will to comply with their State’s laws instead of the Italian laws forced on them to (illegally) simulate Italian sovereignty.
This is how the attempt to suffocating the ongoing revolution of legality works, because in the past 4 years this revolution has awaken the Trieste of Mitteleuropa. A peaceful revolution, in the name of the law. Laws and treaties that the people demand compliance with. Laws and treaties that Italy recognizes.
Italy has lost Trieste on September 15th, 1947, at the coming into force of the Treaty of Pece.
Only the local “nationalistic Camorra” that depends on identical Italian circles won’t accept it. This lobby would have done anything to “bring back” Italy, as noted the British Services during the British-US administration of the present-day Free Territory (LINK).
And since 1954, well hidden behind Italian nationalism, deviated freemasonry, and organized criminality, this nationalistic Camorra became very powerful. Since 1954, this lobby has suffocated and buried under propagandas, intimidation, repression and lies not only the rights of Free Territory’s people, but also the international Free Port’s development opportunities and the rights of all States over it.
Trieste has become a memento of a non-existing Italianità. Italian nationalists paint it as a “dear” city, loved by Italy and madly in love with Italy. An empty symbol of national unity. Unity gained against the will of the people, and never as questioned as now. A unity crafted for the advantage of few and the despair of all.
It is to end this madness disguised as patriotism, in the name of which administering authorities are now willing to destroy the Northern sector of this precious Free Port with illegal speculations under anti-mafia questions, that on February 10th, 2014, Free Trieste guarded the port area. And for this action, for opposing the Mafias, 19 people are now charged with subversion.
And to get rid of the “dissidents” who stand for the legal order, the nationalistic lobby uses iron fists.
The judiciary and the local police “hunt” whoever is aware to be a citizen of the Free Territory. And if the good old intimidatory, nationalistic propagandas spread by media that is strictly controlled by the regime are not enough, then it is time for trials.
While national press remains silent, all of nearby Italy’s flaws are appearing at their worse in Trieste. This is a pseudo-democracy, supported by the powerful ones because it is harsh only against the weak.
As the guarantors of the EU know well, the Italian Republic is the way it is because, despite being new, it is contaminated with the rotting remains of the Fascist-Monarchic regime. In other words: the fascist dictatorship’s apparatus survives within the new Republic. Including fascist laws and men.
In Italy, the judiciary has a nearly absolute power, like in no other democratic Country. And in Trieste it acts with an extra role of guarantor of the order, or actually, the established disorder. For instance, the judiciary that became an accomplice to the local nationalistic lobby must also hide its international crimes. Least but not last the violation of the Treaty of Peace in name and on behalf of the Italian Republic that implements it in its very legal orders. In Trieste there is no less than a special, political Court.
One more thing, to make it clear that this had nothing to do with the law. They are acting as Special Courts for the Defense of the State, which in our lands existed from 1926 to 1943. Sure, the Court is now “republican” instead of fascist. But it does always the same thing. It warns, addresses, and convicts people for political crimes. And again, those crimes consists in opposing the establishment. Be it hidden behind a dictatorship or a Republic, it doesn’t matter.
In Trieste there are judges who seem to enjoy a special immunity – even wider than the usual one of Italian magistrates – for no other reason than joining the breaching of fundamental human rights by issuing political judgments. Denying that international law ranks higher than local mafia-like corruption and anacronistic nationalistic lobby.
One good example is judge Massimo Tomassini’s violent, political decisions against FTT citizens (LINK).
It is scandalous judgments in which a nationalistic Italian judge unleashes all of his hate against the people who don’t accept the simulation of Italian sovereignty over Trieste.
It is revanchist judgments that deny the Treaty of Peace itself. As well as condemning each citizen of the Free Territory of Trieste who dares to stand for legality. This is, in short, the policy of the Special Court of Trieste.
This is the shady Court that awaits, on 9 November, the citizens of the Free Territory of Trieste. 19 people stand trial on grounds of subversion. All they did was defending the Northern sector of Trieste’s international Free Port.
For opposing the mafias’ speculations and Italian nationalistic propagandas. Which means, the two poisons that cannot but kill Trieste. But the citizens of the Free Territory won’t let it happen.
