Unusual and unacceptable initiative of the Commissar of the Italian Government in Trieste: she denies legal evidences and threats the citizens!

Trieste, July 6th, 2016. – We were informed that it appears that today [July 6th, 2016] the Commissioner of the Italian government, tasked with exercising the present-day Free Territory of Trieste’s temporary civil administration, Annapaola Porzio, addressed the media with a press note in which, paradoxically, she denies, against all evidences, the Free Territory of Trieste‘s legal existence and of her own powers, as well as threatening with retaliations the citizens who want to exercise the civil and fiscal rights connected with it.

Free Trieste Movement considers that, under a legal perspective, the Commissioner of the Government’s initiative is rather unusual, and its true purpose is attempting to delegitimize the whole question of the Free Territory of Trieste with when that stands in the way of an illegitimate procedure seeking the registration of the Northern Free Port’s ownership in the name of the Municipality of Trieste.

The Northern Free Port’s attempted elimination is an international fraud worth billions Euro, it is organized by the ruling PD, and by its local hierarchs who have just lost municipal elections.

In view of this, it is easy understanding that when it comes to the matter, the pressing of both politicians and speculators is enormous, and also that the people responsible of the illegal operation are now going for broke. In the following days we are revealing clamorous, unpublished information about the scandal.

However, the Commissioner’s threats against the Free Territory’s citizens, residents and enterprises who claim their sacrosanct civil and fiscal rights cannot be tolerated, because they worsen a scandalous, shameless, illegal misconducts of Italian provisional administrations.

Free Trieste is therefore going to reacting with a firm defense, standing before all local and international Courts, side by side with the I.P.R. F.T.T. and its parallel actions.
