In 2017 people expelled from Free Trieste in 2014 have brought proceedings against the Movement. And they did so recognizing Italian sovereignty over Trieste.

But why am I under trial? It is not for criminal actions, but because I stand for the rule of law in my State: the present-day Free Territory of Trieste.
