On May 7th, 2014, Judge Leanza evaluates a new exception on jurisdiction based on his own ordinance: that Trieste did not return to Italy in 1954.
A SUSPENDED JUDGMENT
Paolo G. Parovel and me lodged an analysis of the 19 March ordinance: not even the “Treaty” of Osimo returned Trieste to Italy.

March 19th, 2014: for the first time, an Italian judge recognized that Trieste did not return to Italy in 1954. The next hearing is on April 9th.

2014. The judge in charge of the proceeding is Mr. Leanza: he has confirmed that the 1954 Memorandum of Understanding of London did not return Trieste to Italy.
