According to Prosecutor Frezza, Free Trieste’s peaceful 8 December 2013 march is seditious. The accusation is based on a controversial adminsitrative judgment.

May 7th, 2014: judge Leanza expressed himself on an exception based on his March 19th ordinance, according to which Trieste didn’t return to Italy in 1954.
