The legal grounds of the appeal to the TAR FVG is the lack of Italian sovereignty over the present-day Free Territory of Trieste (FTT).
The Italian Tax Revenue Agency, with its right-hand Equitalia, continues to collect undue taxes in the present-day Free Territory of Trieste.
No law allows Equitalia to collect Italian taxes in Trieste. Trieste in independent from Italy, and it has the right to its own, fair taxation.
Free Trieste works to re-establish the rule of law in the Free Territory of Trieste, an independentState with the only international Free Port in the world.
